Agadir Souss Trip provides guided tours, activities, excursions and private transport in and around Agadir, Morocco. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

• Activities and experiences for individuals, families and groups
• Private airport transfers and intercity transport by minivan, VIP sedan or 4x4

Every booking made through our website or by contacting our team directly is subject to the following conditions:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are shown in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and apply per person, per group or per vehicle as stated for each service.
• A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice for future bookings.

By taking part in our tours, you agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our guides
• Arrive at the designated pickup point on time
• Tell us about any medical condition or physical limitation before the tour
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the activity
• Respect local customs, culture and the environment
• Not take part under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Certain activities involve inherent risk. Participants must be in good physical health. We recommend travel insurance for all participants, and minimum age requirements apply to specific activities.

For activities such as quad and buggy adventures, liability disclaimers and safety briefings are given verbally and in writing before departure.

Agadir Souss Trip acts as an organiser and intermediary. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety:

• We are not liable for injuries, loss or damage caused by participant negligence
• We are not responsible for delays or changes due to weather, road conditions or other factors beyond our control
• Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the participant
• Participants join activities at their own risk

We may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your tour guide before the activity begins.

Opt-out requests are respected on site without prior notice constraints.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Agadir Souss Trip and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Agadir, Morocco.
